RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with our return conditions. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging, with any labels or seals intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, cosmetic, skincare, haircare and personal care products may not be eligible for return or exchange once they have been opened, used or had their protective seal removed.
